The Jefferson County Circuit County, division eight in Kentucky has a complaint filed from the Plaintiff, Shea Johnson who claims she was bit in the face by a dog on-board a Skywest Airlines flight.

NJ Medical Malpractice Suit Comes to Trial

Last Wednesday a New Jersey medical malpractice lawsuit came to trial with the Superior Court Judge Mary K. Costella presiding. In this case counsel for the plaintiff has to prove that the medical professional in question was negligent.
